Digital Flow Data from Drains, Canals, Laterals, Waste-Way Discharges, and Stream Gaging Stations along the Rio Grande This dataset represents a partial record of Rio Grande time-series flow data from locations in Dona Ana County and Sierra County, New Mexico; El Paso County and Hudspeth County, Texas; and Chihuahua, Mexico. Records from 1908 to 2010 are presented from 79 sources consisting of 11 drains, 8 canals, 6 laterals, 34 waste-ways, and 20 stream gaging stations. In 2015 the US Geological Survey obtained scanned original paper documentation from the Bureau of Reclamation El Paso Field Office and electronic Lotus 123 files of flow records from the Bureau of Reclamation Upper Colorado Region. Stable Isotopes in Biota in Lake Mead National Recreation Area near Las Vegas, Nevada This dataset presents the results of analysis of aquatic biota tissue samples, collected over multiple sampling events from in from 2007 to 2014 at three sites (Las Vegas Bay, Overton Arm, and Boulder Basin) in Lake Mead National Recreational Area. The tissue samples were analyzed for concentrations of Carbon 13 and Nitrogen 15 isotopes by the University of California, Davis in Davis, California. Data are presented in 1 spreadsheet worksheet that is organized by year, location, and taxa. Synthetic Organic Compounds in Water in Lake Mead National Recreation Area near Las Vegas, Nevada This dataset presents the results of passive water sampling conducted at 2 sites in 2013 and 3 sites in 2014 in Lake Mead National Recreational Area. Polar Organic Chemical Integrative Samplers (POCIS) and Semipermeable Membrane Devices (SPMDs) were deployed in Las Vegas Bay and Overton Arm in 2013 and Las Vegas Bay, Boulder Basin, and Overton Arm in 2014.
