A spatial view of non-confidential locations of species and ecological communities at risk split into a Non-confidential Occurrence layer and a Historical Non-confidential Occurrence layer. Data collected and mapped by the Conservation Data Centre. Occurrences are deemed historical if the last observation was greater than 40 years ago or the occurrence is considered to be possibly extirpated due to general habitat loss or degradation of the environment in the area

The dataset contains approved legal boundaries for fisheries sensitive watersheds. A FSW is a mapped area with specific management objectives intended to guide development activities which may adversely impact important fish values
