This schools dataset is composed of all Private elementary and secondary education in the United States as defined by the Private School Survey, National Center for Education Statistics, US Department of Education. This includes all Kindergarten through 12th grade schools as tracked by the Private School Survey. Overall, there is full private school data coverage for all 50 states, but not for Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.
