Current Wyoming State Trust Lands that Mineral Acres are under the jurisdiction of the Board of Land Commissioners. Under Section 3 of Article 18 of the Wyoming Constitution, subject to the direction of the Legislature as limited by the Constitution, the Board is responsible for the direction, control, leasing, and disposal of State lands.
