This collection consists of a digital database of waterwell driller completion data and scans of water well completion forms submitted mostly by the well drillers of wells drilled in PA, but also other government agencies.

The collection is dependent on the diligence of the drillers submitting reports and the drillers reports with errors creates inability to access data online. Pennsylvania groundwater information system (PaGWIS).
