This is a Recovery Plan for the Boreal Toad (Bufo boreas boreas), developed under the authority of the New Mexico Wildlife Conservation Act (WCA). The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMDGF) is directed under the WCA to develop recovery plans for species listed as threatened or endangered by the State [17-2-40.1 NMSA 1978].
