The polygons are contained in a zipped ESRI file geodatabase. The geodatabase contains one feature class containing 2 polygons: project boundary and 25km buffer. The polygons are clipped at the international border. The polygons are cast on the same custom Albers projection we used for the Statewide project. A second feature class contains a single polygon representing the maximum project area extent.
