Summary

This collection primarily consists of both published and unpublished geological, geophysical, and hydrogeological documents, maps, and databases pertaining to the Department of Energy Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Y-12 National Security Complex, and former K-25 Gaseous Diffusion Plant. This is a fairly static collection that was acquired by a Tennesse Geological Survey employee from 1987-1996. The collection also includes documents related to the proposed SuperConducting Super Collidor project circa 1987.
