Album caption: Blackfeet Indian Reservation. Panorama of images 597-600 looking west and southwest to Rocky Mountains from position on high-level plain No. 1. SE1/4, Sec. 16, T. 36 N., R. 12 W. This shows the remarkable uniform flatness of this plain. This plain is underlain by "quartzite gravels" containing striated glacial pebbles. Glacier County, Montana. September 9, 1912.
