Dull, buff, unstratified, loess-like stoneless clay containing small shells - 1-20 feet; 3. Stratified sand and gravel, pebbles mostly from Rocky Mountains, some from Laurentian formations - 3-5 feet; 4. Dense, tough, jointed, clayey Keewatin till. Upper part and joint faces weathered brownish, lower part slaty blue. Pebbles mostly from Rocky Mountains, small percentage Laurentian. Bottom not exposed - 75+ feet. Alta. September 16, 1912.
