Summary

Long Beach, California, Earthquake March 10, 1933. Fallen parapets and brick facing at Long Beach High School during the 1933 earthquake. (Killed 115 people, with hundreds of injured and about $40 million in damages. The epicenter was located just offshore near Newport Beach. Magnitude 6.3 at 5:54pm.)
