Coalinga District. Looking north 20degrees west, up canyon followed by road to Alcalde, from 1300foot nose on ridge between Salt Creek and Jacalitos Creek. Looking along strike of Jacalitos beds which dip toward the northeast. Prominent hill in the center distance is 1548 foot hill and that at right 1900 foot hill.
