Northeastward across valley of North Fork of Kings River, Sierra Nevada. A lateral moraine contours the slope at mid-height from left to middle of view. Above this, to a line near the base of summit peak, the rock surface is more weathered than below, and was probably glaciated during an earlier glacial epoch. Fresno County, California. 1904. (Panorama with photo no. 2437 (ggk02437)).
