Panorama with Image 550. View south across Bromide Basin. The Basin, about 2000 feet deep, is cut in porphyry. The rim around the Basin is mostly highly deformed sedimentary rocks finely intruded with irregular stringers of porphyry. Shaft of old Bromide Mine is at head of trail in lower left. Garfield County, Utah. May, 1937.
