Jackson took images jwh00271, jwh00272, jwh00863 and jwh01491. Here is Jackson's supporting diary entry, '(22m) by road- about 40 by side trips. With Dr. Elliott, Turnbull, Ford, Gifford and Rapheal to long side-trip up Box Elder to where it comes thro" the hills in deep canyons. Remarkably fine. Securing the views...'
