Close-up view of the coarse conglomerates that make up the overturned beds of the Indianola conglomerate just north of the Red Rocks exposure, near Sterling. Beds are overturned and dip eastward; view is northward. Witkind's dog "Lance" for scale. The area is in the SE1/4, Sec. 12, T. 19 S., R. 1 E. Sanpete County, Utah. Spring 1980.
