Summary

Industrial mineral site no. 336, known as "Tilton River" is a site in Lewis County, Washington. This site has been associated with diatomite. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 37 on page 36 says "15,000 tons with 20-ft.-maximum cover interbedded with sand and gravel", and designates the value as "Insufficient quantity for commercial operations".
