Summary

Industrial mineral site no. 977, known as "Lost Lake" is a site in Kitsap County, Washington. This site has been associated with peat. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 37 on page 75 says "The area is 30 acres. The maximum thickness of Sphagnum is 1 foot. The maximum fibrous thickness is 8 1/2 feet".
