Industrial mineral site no. 1487, known as "Virginia Lake" is a site in Okanogan County, Washington. This site has been associated with sodium sulfate. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 37 on page 96 says "Area of 3 1/2 acres. Contains 4,000 tons of sodium sulfate in solid crystal and 4,600 tons in brine", and designates the value as "Tonnage alone insufficient for commercial operation".
