Industrial mineral site no. 1576, known as "Cle Elum River" is a site in Kittitas County, Washington. This site has been associated with sandstone. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 37 on page 125 says "Composite sample showed 71.0 percent silica and 2.4 percent ferric oxide. Light-brown fusion at cone 11", and designates the value as "Uncertain".
