Industrial mineral site no. 938, known as "Black Diamond" is a site in King County, Washington. This site has been associated with peat. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 37 on page 74 says "The area is 18 acres. The maximum thickness of Sphagnum is 2 feet. The maximum fibrous thickness is 16 feet".
