The objective of this work is to define the potential effect of sea level rise on estuarine habitats, and changing hydrographs in rain dominated Coast Range streams. This work is meant to assess the potential for life history expression and resilence of native salmonids. Resilience and diversity in life history expression have been linked with diverse estuarine habitats that allow the expression of genetic behavioral diversity in juvenile salmonids.
