This dataset portrays percent imperviousness surface area for NLCD mapping superzone thirteen, which covers all of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland, and parts of Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina.
