Summary

This data set consists of two spreadsheets: one with N and C natural abundance isotope data and nutrient concentrations of Douglas-fir and red alder foliage at different crown positions, within riparian sites, across riparin sites, and 3 understory species. The other file contains similar isotope data and nutrient concentrations for riparian soils, litterfall, and forest floor. Data were collected from a tree plantation and various riparian locations in the Oregon Coast Range during the summer and early fall of 2002.
