This geodatabase contains tables used for the "Development of Potential Conservation Priority Areas for Native Fish in Streams of the Upper Colorado River Basin" project funded through WAFWA No. F13AP00136 AFWA Sub-grant, WNTI No. UM-URCB-2014. For specific methods and source information please refer to the individual tables' metadata and to the associated report titled "Conservation Assessment for Native Fish in the Upper Colorado River Basin".
The tables in this geodatabase contain predicted probability of occurrence for a subset of native and non-native fish species, an anthropogenic index, and conservation priority ranks for streams and catchments within the Upper Colorado River Basin. Tables with names that start with"LU" are lookup tables that contain field definitions; tables that start with "TBL" contain attribute information that can be joined to the NHDPlusV1 stream and catchment layers via the associated "COMID" or "GRIDCODE" fields. The raster file is the conservation rank surface for the basin.
