This project explored how to enable the practice of coaching during times of transformational change for senior managers within the Omineca Managers Committee (OMC). The BC Public Service's natural resource agencies, through the Resource Management Co-ordination Project (RMCP), are tasked with implementing a coordinated service delivery. This project explored coaching needs and impacts through a six-week coaching pilot with the OMC and coaching practitioners in the Ministry of Forests and Range.
