Purpose

Record and identify macroinvertebrates present in the wetlands of the Cottonwood Lake Study Area in order to identify seasonal and interannual changes in macroinvertebrate community composition and facilitate a better understanding of the influence of natural and human modified climate variability on the diversity of prairie wetland ecosystems.
