Concretions from the Huron Shale Member of the Ohio Shale forming the stream bed of Deer Creek at the south edge of Williamsport in Pickaway County, Ohio. Bedrock is from the Devonian Geologic Period. The photograph was taken by Michael C. Hansen in August 1999.
