Canada, Mt_Mansfield: 2006-2017

The Mt. Mansfield cluster is named for Mt. Mansfield in northwest British Columbia, Canada, close to the border with Alaska. The cluster is based on two large earthquakes (Mw 6.2 and 6.3) that occurred there on May 1, 2017, followed by an extensive aftershock sequence. The cluster includes a small number of earlier events in the area that help provide a framework for calibration. A selection of smaller, well-recorded events with good depth control were relocated with free depth to establish the relationship between focal depth and the local velocity structure.
