Purpose

Data were collected to evaluate the status of hybridization between Yellowstone cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii bouvieri) and rainbow trout (O. mykiss) in the upper Snake River, Wyoming. The sites were selected to serve as a repeat sample to sites sampled over a decade prior by the University of Montana.
