Summary

Rock core in Fountain Run quadrangle, Monroe County, Kentucky penetrating Ordovician Knox strata. This core is part of the St. Joseph series. Cores drilled by St. Joseph Mineral in the Southern Kentucky Mineral District to extend knowledge of zinc deposits found in Tennessee. Some cores drilled in the Central Kentucky Mineral District.
