Summary

Album caption: Upper Monks Hollow (a tributary to Diamond Fork from the south, opposite Red Hollow), showing upper gray beds of Twin Creek at left overlain by rusty red thin-bedded Entrada (?) sandstone. Marine (?) fossils occur in light gray bands at top of Entrada (?) on crest of spur in center view. Base of Morrison is just below large scar on face of higher bench and top of Morrison, unconformably overlain by Price River conglomerate, is near base of smooth spur of high ridge in center background. Year, 1937. Utah County, Utah. Index card: Upper Monks Hollow. Note: Panorama with baa00584 and baa00586.
