Summary

Album caption: None supplied. No index card. Personal communication from Clay Martin, Field Records Collection, on June 28, 2018, “It appears to be a type of pantograph, used for transferring a drawing to another surface by tracing over the drawing with a stylus while a pen mounted elsewhere on the instrument redraws the image, usually at a different scale.”
