D, Window of Watahomigi Formation (Wa) with basalt flows on each side; base of Manakacha Formation (M) cliff above and Redwall Limestone (R) cliff below. Total thickness of Watahomigi is 215 ft. Deep reddish brown of mudstone slopes largely concealed by talus; limestone and sandstone ledges appear as dark brown on weathered surfaces. Marine fossils numerous on lower siltstone slopes and conglomerate ledges. West side of Toroweap Valley, south of Colorado River. Grand Canyon National Park. Mohave County, Arizona. n.d.
