Field data for fishes sampled using bottom gill nets and otter trawls and associated water quality variables in the northern part of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, California, USA. Two adjacent tidal wetlands were targeted for sampling: Little Holland Tract and Liberty Island Conservation Bank.
