Summary

Aerial view north toward east wall of Blue Mountain Canyon. Stratigraphy includes red and white strata of Supai Group (upper right edge of photograph), Surprise Canyon Formation (small red cliff), Redwall Limestone (large gray cliff), Temple Butte Formation (dark-gray ledges), Cambrian unclassified dolomites (reddish-gray cliff), and Muav Limestone (dark-gray cliffs and slopes at bottom of canyon).
