This dataset provides a measure of current high development, as an integration of several factors representing landscape development. This measure was calculated using a fuzzy logic model, which is represented in graphical format in \Vector\Change_Agents\Development\Documentation\COP_DV_logic_models.pptx This dataset represents the combination of energy, agriculture, urban, and recreation development.
