Groundwater Levels were taken from USGS Groundwater monitoring wells and used to determine the average change in groundwater elevation. Groundwater level changes were intersected with the HUC 12 watersheds and average for the HUC 12.This data set is a complete digital hydrologic unit boundary layer to the Subwatershed (12-digit) 6th level for the entire United States.
