Summary

This dataset consists of polylines representing simulated groundwater elevation contours developed to visualize groundwater-level trends for each map figure extent (larger work, figure 22) for Eagle, Dayton, and Churchill Valleys, west-central Nevada.

Purpose

This dataset was created as part of a U.S. Geological Survey study, done in cooperation with the Bureau of Reclamation, to develop a numerical ground-water flow model of the Middle Carson River basin. The intended uses of this dataset include, but are not limited to, natural resource modeling, mapping, and visualization applications.
