Purpose
This file defines the analysis specifications for the U.S. Geological Survey PeakFQ computer program used for peak-flow frequency analyses. It sets the location and name of other input and output files and describes the analysis type, perception thresholds, beginning year, ending year, historic period, skew option, outlier detection option, and additional settings for each of the sites within the WATSTORE input file.
