usageTrendThe recent usage seems to be running counter to the annual permit data. Annual usage ranged between 49 and 200 and averaged 79 between 2000 and 2007. Annual usage was 49 in 2006 and 51 in 2007. The long term trend in use is uncertain though it will likely increase because if thr present oil prices stay high.
