Geophysical logs (gamma, density, electric, etc.) for wells drilled mainly for natural gas in Garrett and Allegany Counties, Maryland.
The geophysical logs are paper strip charts of data throughout the depth of each well. All 337 logs have been scanned (.tif format). An out-of-print MGS report, Basic Data Report 5, Deep Wells of Maryland, has data from all deep wells in the State, including many of these Western Maryland wells.
