East side of Rock Creek, north side of Sheep Canyon, 3 miles north of Nugget station. Thin bedded fossiliferous limestone, the vertical limestone in the center, yielded the fossils listed from Sheep Canyon. The Woodside reds beds occur just below this layer to the left.
