This dataset shows the Land-Use/ Land-Cover of the Crown of the Continent with a 50km buffer.This dataset was developed by the Crown Managers Partnership, as part of a transboundary collaborative management initiative for the Crown of the Continent Ecosystem, based on commonly identified management priorities that are relevant at the landscape scale. The CMP is collaborative group of land managers, scientists, and stakeholder in the CCE. LCC Network Data Steward(Point of Contact)

Purpose

To provide an integrated, seamless layer of landcover within the CCE and up to 50km buffer into the surrounding area. There are no restrictions on the use of this dataset, however projects using this dataset must cite the Crown Managers Partnership as a data source. This dataset was built using multiple datasets from a variety of jurisdictions across the Crown of the Continent. Due to data availability and mixed data quality there may be errors or omissions in this dataset.
