This data release contains the model inputs, outputs, and source code (written in R) for a redeveloped PRObability of Streamflow PERmanence (PROSPER) model (version 2.0) that had previously been developed for the Pacific Northwest Region (PROSPER_PNW_2), and a raster data set which shows where influential predictor values were outside the range of calibration data. The PROSPER-PNW model, a random forest model, was redeveloped in the Ranger R package using all the original model inputs consistent with PROSPER_PNW_2 to produce annual streamflow permanence probabilities for calendar years 2004-2016 at a 30-meter stream grid resolution that approximately corresponds to flowlines consistent with the National Hydrography...

Presented here are bathymetric data collected at Otter Creek near Oregon, Ohio. Data were collected on September 26, 2023, and were located bewtween the Millard Avenue bridge and the mouth at Lake Erie. The survey was completed using an acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP) that was deployed from the side of a kayak. Data were georeferenced using a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) smart antenna with submeter accuracy. Data were collected along the thalweg and at cross sections spaced approximately every 300 feet. Data were processed first using WinRiver II (https://hydroacoustics.usgs.gov/movingboat/WinRiverII.shtml) and then using the bathymetry batch tool in the Velocity Mapping Toolbox (https://hydroacoustics.usgs.gov/movingboat/VMT/VMT.shtml)....

This product is a georectified and tonally balanced mosaic of aerial photographs collected in 1938 by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation along the floodplain of the Colorado River in Mohave Valley region of Arizona, California and Nevada. This dataset is a primary resource for the development of a geologic map showing the floodplain and river channel characteristics along the Colorado River in Mohave Valley prior to extensive impact from flow regulation by Hoover Dam. Georeferencing of individual photographs and mosaic generation were performed by Digital Aerial Solutions, LLC. In addition to the mosaic, the data release also includes individual digital aerial photographs (original scans and georeferenced) that cover...

This data release contains foreshore slopes for primarily open-ocean sandy beaches along the United States portion of the Gulf of Mexico (Texas through Florida). The slopes were calculated while extracting shoreline position from lidar point cloud data collected between 2001 and 2018. The shoreline positions have been previously published, but the slopes have not. An alongshore reference baseline was defined, and then 20-meter spaced cross-shore beach transects were created perpendicular to the baseline. All data points within 1 meter (alongshore) of each transect were associated with that transect. For each transect, the points on the foreshore were identified, and a linear regression was fit through the foreshore...

This data release provides borehole location and lithology information from selected boreholes in the East Mesa and surrounding areas of Imperial County, California. The area of focus includes parts of the Imperial, Ogilby, and Amos Valley groundwater basins. The purpose of the study is to estimate the future Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) concentration in groundwater pumped by the LCWPS into the All-American Canal. The borehole data included in this data release can be used to evaluate the hydrogeologic framework of the study area, and determine the geometry, extent, and physical characteristics of hydrogeologic materials within the aquifer system. Borehole location and lithology data were sourced from the California...
