This is an SQLite GeoPackage simple feature multilinestring vector database of the Arctic Coastal Plain survey transects in coordinate reference system EPSG:4326. There is one layer for each year 2007 to 2023, although in general the there is a four panel rotation that varies each year. All years are provided because implementation of the panel design varied through time. The field”Year” given the calendar year that the transects were implemented, “Stratum” gives the strata name, “Transect” gives the transect identifier, and the “geom” field gives the simple feature Well Known Text geometry data. Note that these transect are the idealized design and are not an exact record of the true flight path or survey effort....

Provided here is a globally distributed catalog of earthquakes and nuclear explosions with calibrated hypocenters, referred to as the Global Catalog of Calibrated Earthquake Locations or GCCEL. This dataset contains more than 23,908earthquakes in 346 well distributed clusters. Currently there are more than 4M arrival times with the majority being the Pg, Pn, P, Sg, Sn and S phases. The term “calibrated” refers to the property that the hypocenters are minimally biased by unknown Earth structure and that the uncertainties are meaningful. Uncertainties are calculated using empirically determined variability of the arrival time data itself, specific to each calibrated cluster of hypocenters. The data are carefully processed...

Aerial survey track files were recorded by each observer using Panasonic Toughpad or Toughbook computers running the software program “RECORD” (John I. Hodges, MBM-Alaska). The RECORD program was activated during the survey before arriving at the first transect and shut down after the last transect was completed, prior to engine shut-down. “Raw” track files recorded the flightpath of the aircraft including the area surveyed on each transect. GPS coordinates were captured every five seconds using a recreational grade receiver with an estimated positional accuracy of 5-10 meters after the software program was activated. These raw track files have not been quality checked, so they may contain missing or erroneous coordinates...

These datasets provide early estimates of 2024 fractional cover for exotic annual grass (EAG) species and one native perennial grass species on a weekly basis from April to late June. Typically, the EAG estimates are publicly released within 7-13 days of the latest satellite observation used for that version. Each weekly release contains five fractional cover maps along with their corresponding confidence maps for: 1) a group of 16 species of EAGs, 2) cheatgrass (Bromus tectorum); 3) Field Brome (Bromus arvensis); 4) medusahead (Taeniatherum caput-medusae); and 5) Sandberg bluegrass (Poa secunda). These datasets were generated leveraging field observations from Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Assessment, Inventory,...
