In Situ Fluorometric Measurements of Cyanobacteria, Green Algae, and Diatoms in Biofilms from Northwest Alaskan Rivers During Summer and Fall 2016-2019 This dataset contains measurements of in situ benthic biofilms from rivers of northwest Alaska during summer and fall 2016-2019. Measurements were made using a Benthotorch (bbe Moldaenke, Kiel, Germany) hand-held fluorometer, which distinguishes taxa (cyanobacteria, green algae, diatoms) and provides estimates of standing biomass.
