The Conservation Biology Institute (CBI) manages a version of the PAD-US database and distributes the data set as PAD-US (CBI Edition), Version 2. The 2010 version of PAD-US CBI Edition (version 1) contains both fee lands and easements. The 2012 version 2 contains fee lands only, and is meant to be used in combination with the National Conservation Easement Database (NCED) (ScienceBase Link). The other difference between the two editions is that there have been full updates to 13 states (including Arizona and Colorado).
