Recreation & Public Purpose Leases for the BLM Cody Field Office, Wyoming at 1:24,000 This data set represents recreation and public purposes (R&PP) leases in the BLM Cody Field Office area. The coordinates for this dataset were collected using Global Positioning System (GPS) technology. Volunteers, using a Trimble ProXL receiver, mapped the trail in the summer of 2001 by walking and driving the trail segments. As this is a "new" trail, some segments did not exist as a feature on the ground, so the volunteers marked the trail with carsonite signs and mapped these segments also.
