This shapefile is the official boundary of the Atlantic Coastal Fish Habitat Partnership. The boundary was originally developed by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and was updated in 2013 to reflect revisions from the Atlantic Coastal Fish Habitat Partnership, a recognized Fish Habitat Partnership (FHP) of the National Fish Habitat Partnership.

Bivalvia Subset of Ocean Biogeographic Information System (OBIS) - USA Dataset Collection for NFHP Thematic Viewer 20141202

Species occurrence records of the taxonomic class of Bivalvia in oceans within 1000 kilometers of the United States shoreline. This is a subset of the OBIS-USA dataset where Bivalvia records were queried on December 2, 2014. After initial queries, the remaining data were further queried to retain only samples within 1000 kilometers of the U.S. shoreline. Spatial queries were then used to remove samples overlaying land masses. Data are provided in a geodatabase format, as well as a comma seperated values format. Dam Metrics Representing Stream Fragmentation and Flow Alteration for the Conterminous United States Linked to the NHDPLUSV1

This CSV file contains 21 dam metrics representing stream fragmentation and flow alteration for nearly 2.3 million stream reaches in the conterminous USA. Dam metrics fall into four main categories: segment-based, count and density, distance-based, and cumulative reservoir storage (described below). These data were developed using spatially verified large dam locations (n=49,468) primarily from the National Anthropogenic Barrier Dataset (NABD) that were spatially linked to the National Hydrography Dataset Plus version 1 (NHDPlusV1). These data were compiled to measure airborne horizontal mass flux of sediments moved by wind across soils, climates, vegetation types, and land uses on the Colorado Plateau. Objectives of our study were to quantify spatial and temporal patterns in wind erosion and further our understanding of how soil and site setting, climate, and land uses are controlling wind erosion and horizontal mass flux. This CSV file contains landscape factors representing anthropogenic disturbances to stream habitats summarized within local and network stream catchments as well as the downstream main channel catchment perennial and intermittent stream reaches of the five main islands of Hawai'i. This shapefile displays and describes National Fish Habitat Partnership project locations. The included projects were extracted from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Fisheries Information Structure (FIS) on July 2013. Project centerpoints were verified and corrected as needed by Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission staff where data were available by comparing location descriptions in the project attributes with satellite imagery.
